To open the discussion, Carlo Hamelinck (Ecofys-Navigant) will unveil the final report presenting the most cost effective path for a transport policy that match with the ambition to keep climate change below 1.5°C, followed by a panel discussion with EU institutions, NGOs, and business representatives.
