New Genomic Techniques: Commission to move forward on NGTs Regulation

While the US debate over the similarities of CRISPR Crops to the ones in nature, and the Canadian government’s lack of transparency is being criticized, the EU and the Commission is willing to move forward on developing different regulations for NGTs with a proposal of regulation tabled on the 5th of July.
